This workshop looks at both the applied anatomy, and the applied practices you can use to ' Build a Bridge ' (Upward Bow/Urdhva Dhanurasana).
Incorporating various methods/practice to ' open up ' both the anterior (front) and lateral (side) chains of the body – this workshop aims to give you a deeper insight into how you can find strength, stability and ease in your backbending practice
This workshop is for beginners, and also any other practitioners looking to deepen their knowledge and understanding of the body into backbends.
