The workshop will begin with an Acro-Yoga partner warm up sequence to get you sweating, laughing and ready for what's to follow.

The boys will then lead you through a fun, informative, and comprehensive practice focusing on arm and hand balances - helping you to develop more stability and strength when on your hands.

You will learn the fundamentals of the straight handstand, with emphasis on proper alignment, strength, flexibility
Mobility, and stability. The workshop will then progress towards more challenging movements such as handstand press variations, guiding you through the process and practice step-by-step, so that you can learn how to progress and develop your practice moving forwards.

'Learn To Handstand' - with Aaron Cousins, Dan Morgan & Adell Bridges

Have you ever wanted to learn to handstand? Or do you want to make your handstand stronger? Handstands are a great way to build upper body and core strength, circulation, body awareness, balance, and just have fun! 

We're teaching a workshop on Sunday 4th September with mega awesome handstanders Ashtanga Infusion Yoga (Cardiff) and DCM Lifestyle & Yoga, and Adell Bridges.

BEGINNERS ARE WELCOME -- We will start with teaching you techniques for building the strength and confidence to do a handstand, go through different variations and inversions, give you the tools you need to keep learning afterwards, and most importantly have a load of fun!

'Backbends & Inversions' with Daniel Morgan and Becky Szwandt

If you're keen to develop your flexibility in backbends and / or balance in inversions, then come and join Bec and Dan on Sunday the 29th of May for their Backbends and Inversions workshop. The workshop is Four & half hours and will be equally divided - 2 hours of inversions, 2 hours of backbends, and a small refreshment break in between.
